don't know if you're a co-op person, but they sell a yogurt there by the name of erivan. it's made in PA and has no additive stuff in it, just milk and yogurt-inducing bacteria. it's one of the few plain yogurts I like the taste of. it's fresh and tart. if you really like the texture of strained yogurt, just run it through a cheesecloth overnight and pop it back in the container the next day. same difference.
